1. Service and operator
Tacteos presents League of Legends match data, explainable player analysis and enabled supporting features. No company has been formed yet. The natural-person operator's legal identity and service address will be added before publication. Legal requests are received through the form linked on this page. Without the operator details this text is not effective Terms of Service.
2. Accounts and access
Beta access requires an invitation and account verification. Keep your account details accurate, protect your credentials and report unauthorized access. Social sign-in is available only for enabled providers. Minimum age and country-specific access conditions remain for final legal review.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service or Riot data unlawfully or contrary to Riot rules, access another person's account, bypass security, overload the service with abusive automation or seek private player analysis. Cheating, unfair in-game advantage, boosting, gambling, unofficial MMR/ELO and automated decisions about players are not acceptable uses. Report security concerns through support.
4. Data and analysis
Game data originates with Riot Games; Tacteos does not claim ownership of it. Metrics, patterns, recommendations and AI explanations may be affected by missing or delayed information. They do not guarantee a match result or rank improvement and do not replace player or coach judgment. The product aims to show sources and uncertainty.
5. Content, access and changes
If you send support messages, feedback or notes, we use them only to operate the relevant feature and respond; this is not a broad public-publishing licence. Third-party game, identity, email and infrastructure services have their own terms.
Beta features may change or be unavailable. We may revoke sessions or restrict access for misuse, security or legal/policy reasons; you may challenge a restriction through the legal contact channel. Material changes to these terms will show a version and effective date.
6. Payment and statutory rights
Tacteos Beta currently has no paid plan, subscription or checkout. Fees, cancellation, refunds and consumer information will be published before charging anyone. These terms do not waive mandatory consumer or privacy rights. Liability limits, governing law and dispute mechanisms remain for jurisdiction-specific legal review.
