1. Scope and contact
This text covers the Tacteos website, invited accounts, League of Legends player profiles, match analysis, support requests and AI Coach when enabled. Tacteos has not yet formed a company. The natural-person controller's legal identity and service address will be confirmed through legal review and published before launch. Until then, this text is not an effective privacy notice.
You can submit questions and data requests through the legal request link on this page. The server routes your message to the dedicated legal mailbox; its address is not exposed in page source.
2. Information and sources
When you create an account, we receive your email address, credential verification data, invitation use and session records. We store a password hash, not your plaintext password. If you use an enabled social sign-in provider, we receive its account identifier and authentication result, not your provider password.
When you connect a player account or search a public profile, we may obtain Riot ID, PUUID, profile, rank, champion mastery, match and timeline data through permitted Riot interfaces. Other match participants and searched players may appear in those records. We keep source records, normalized match data and derived metrics, patterns, focuses and recommendations distinct.
We also process the email, topic and message you submit for support, plus session, abuse-prevention and operator audit records for security. Browser storage is described in the Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to create and protect accounts, associate player identities, show matches, produce evidence-linked analysis, follow a selected focus across later matches, answer support requests and prevent misuse. Public TT search shows a limited projection of profile and match facts; it does not expose private account analysis, raw Riot responses or PUUID in its public output.
Only when AI Coach is enabled and you request an explanation do we send limited context from published analysis to the configured model provider. Its response assists review; it is not a diagnosis or decision on your behalf. If the feature is disabled, no request is sent to that provider for this purpose.
4. Legal grounds, recipients and international transfers
The legal ground and transfer mechanism for each purpose will be published after the natural-person controller's operating country and the service regions are confirmed. Accepting Terms is not consent to advertising, behavioral analytics or an unrelated purpose.
Hosting, database, cache and transactional-email providers may access data as needed to deliver the service. Riot Games is the game-data source; an enabled social sign-in provider participates in authentication. If AI Coach is enabled, the chosen model provider receives limited analysis context. Exact providers, processing countries and international-transfer safeguards remain subject to infrastructure and legal verification.
5. Retention, security and deletion
The session cookie lasts at most seven days, the social sign-in binding cookie at most ten minutes, and an Apple callback cookie, if used, at most 60 seconds. Separate retention periods for account data, Riot source records, derived analysis, support correspondence, security records and backups have not been approved. They and the account-closure/deletion procedure will be published after legal review. Cookie expiry does not mean a related server record, log or backup is deleted at the same time.
We use password hashing, scoped access, session revocation and abuse controls. No security measure is an absolute guarantee.
6. Your rights and children
You may request access, correction, export, deletion or restriction through the legal contact channel. The current product supports account-data export; it does not offer a self-service account-deletion button. We may reasonably verify your connection to the account before acting. Applicable complaint rights remain available.
A Beta minimum age and decision about admitting children have not yet been set. We do not claim a child-account or guardian-consent process is available.
7. Changes and Riot
Material changes will show a version and effective date, with additional notice where required. Riot Games' privacy policy governs Riot's own services; this text concerns Tacteos processing. Tacteos is not endorsed by Riot Games.
